Payments can be made via credit or debit card in our secure EHR system.
We do not accept cash or checks.

    Initial Evaluation   (60 Mins):                     $220

    Follow up               (30 Mins):                     $116.90

   Out-of-Appointment Refill :$0


We are currently in the process of enrolling with other insurance companies.

It is your responsibility to verify from your insurance company before scheduling an appointment if you wish to request for reimbursement.

OUT OF POCKET FEES:

If we cannot accept your insurance, you are welcome to pay our Out of Pocket Fees. We will provide you with a Superbill if requested to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. We however cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you.


We understand that sometimes life is not always as expected and therefore situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Refunds will not be issued if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours to your scheduled appointment or no show.
