Payments and Insurance

Self-pay

Payments can be made via credit or debit card using our secure EHR system.
We do not accept cash. A check can be mailed to the office address.

Insurance

We are currently in the process of enrolling with other insurance companies.

It is your responsibility to verify from your insurance company before scheduling an appointment if you wish to request for reimbursement.

CURRENTLY ACCEPTING:

If we cannot accept your insurance, you are welcome to pay our Out of Pocket Fees. We will provide you with a Superbill if requested to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. We however cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life is not always as expected, and therefore, situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment. Refunds will not be issued if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or if you do not show up.

No-Show Policy

We value your commitment. Please be aware that experiencing two consecutive no-shows or four no-shows within a year will result in your account being deactivated.
If you cannot attend your appointment, it’s perfectly fine to cancel so that someone else can fill the spot. For your convenience, you can send a message through the portal to cancel any scheduled appointments you cannot attend.
We kindly ask that you do not reschedule an appointment without first canceling the previous one. You will be charged for each no-call no-show. Thank you for your understanding!
